Pose Selection

HeadshotPro cycles through five body poses when generating headshots, producing natural variety across a team shoot. If your organization needs a uniform look — every member front-facing, for example — you can restrict generation to a specific subset of poses.

This setting applies to all future headshot generations for your organization.

How it works

1. Go to Admin > Settings and open the Headshots tab.
2. Find the Pose selection card.
3. Toggle Custom poses on.
4. Tick the poses you want HeadshotPro to use. At least one pose must be selected.
5. Click Save settings.

To revert to the default (all five poses), toggle Custom poses off and save.

Good to know

• Only Team Leads can change pose settings.
• The five available poses are: Front-facing, Subtle 3/4 turn (left), Subtle 3/4 turn (right), Slight head tilt, and Chin gently lowered.
• Pose settings apply to all future headshot generations. Members who generated headshots before a pose was enforced can re-pose an existing headshot using the Change body position edit in their edit panel — this costs one edit credit and does not require a full reshoot.
• Selecting a single pose gives every team member a consistent body position across all their headshots.
• Save is disabled while Custom poses is on and no poses are ticked — at least one must be selected before saving.
