Gift Codes

Gift codes let you give someone a photo shoot without adding them to your organization. Each code unlocks one shoot on the recipient's own HeadshotPro account. They suit events, alumni programs, partners and anyone who should not appear in your member list.

How it works

1. Contact support at support@headshotpro.com with the number of codes you need. Support sets up the order.
2. Your codes appear under Giftcards in your account at /app/giftcards. Each code shows how many times it has been used.
3. Share a code, or use Copy redeem URL to share a link that opens the redeem page with the code filled in.
4. The recipient opens headshotpro.com/redeem, enters the code, and creates their shoot.

Good to know

• A redeemed shoot belongs to the recipient's own account. It does not show in your Members list, and it does not use your organization's backdrops, outfits or templates. For a branded, trackable rollout, use a team invite instead.
• If the person who redeems the code is signed in on a team account, the code adds one credit to that organization instead of a personal shoot.
• A code can be single-use or multi-use. The Giftcards page shows uses against the limit.
