Every HeadshotPro purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your team is not happy, ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase and you get your money back. No conditions, no questions.

How it works

1. Contact support from the account page or the support form within 30 days of the purchase. Include the organization name or the receipt.
2. Support refunds the purchase to the original payment method.
3. The money takes a few business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

Good to know

• The guarantee applies to individuals and teams alike.
• Before you ask for a refund because of a result, try the free redo: every member can redo their shoot with new selfies within 60 days, and you can start a new shoot for anyone from the Members page. Most likeness problems come from dark or off-angle selfies.
• A refunded purchase is marked Refunded on the Invoices page.
• Paid twice by mistake? Contact support with both receipts.
