Overview of the HeadshotPro admin dashboard — what you can monitor and manage from a single screen.

Team Dashboard

The admin dashboard at /app/admin/overview is your central control point for the organization. It surfaces real-time stats on credits, members, and completed shoots, and provides direct access to every management area.

How it works

  1. Log in as a Team Lead. You land on the dashboard automatically after completing organization setup.
  2. Review the stat cards at the top of the page:
    • Credits left — your organization's current credit balance. Click to go to billing.
    • Total members — active members plus pending invites. Click to go to the Members page.
    • Finished shoots — the number of completed headshot sessions across your organization.
  3. Use the Tools section to navigate to the four main management areas:
    • Headshots — review AI headshot results for all team members, issue retries, and manage individual sessions.
    • Profile pictures — access branded profile picture results and templates.
    • Members — manage team access, send invites, remove members, and search or filter by lifecycle stage.
    • Billing — purchase credits, view invoices, and manage payment methods.
  4. Add a member directly from the dashboard using the "Add member" button in the top-right corner. This opens the same invite modal available on the Members page.
  5. Monitor recent activity in the two widgets at the bottom of the page:
    • Latest updates — a feed of product changelog entries.
    • Recent members — the five most recently joined or invited members, with their status (pending or active).

Good to know

  • The "Add member" button on the dashboard redirects to the credits page if your organization has not purchased any credits yet. Purchase at least one credit first.
  • Pending invites count toward the Total Members stat so you can track your full pipeline, not just accepted members.
  • The dashboard uses the teamLead layout, which includes the main navigation sidebar and header. All admin pages share this layout.
  • Sub-team filtering is available on the Members and Headshots pages — the dashboard overview aggregates across all sub-teams.
