Team Link, QR Code and Poster

Your team's permanent join link at headshotpro.com/t/your-company, its QR code, and the printable poster.

Team Link, QR Code and Poster

Every team has one short link: headshotpro.com/t/your-company. Anyone who opens it joins your team and starts their shoot. The link never expires and has no usage limit, so you can put it in an onboarding doc, a Slack channel, or on a printed poster in the office. The Shareable link tile on Overview and Members shows the link, its QR code, and how many people have joined through it.

How it works

  1. Open Overview. The Shareable link tile shows your link and QR code.
  2. Click Copy link (or Share link on a phone, which opens the share sheet) and send it to your team.
  3. Click Download QR for a PNG of the QR code. Click the QR code itself to enlarge it and download it as PNG or SVG, or click Download poster for an A4 PDF with your company name, the QR code and the link.
  4. To rename the link, click the name after headshotpro.com/t/ on the tile, type a new one, and save. Names are lowercase; spaces become dashes. Old names keep working, so printed QR codes and shared links do not break.
  5. Click More links to open the invite window, where you can create custom links for sub-teams or events.

Good to know

  • The tile shows N people joined. The count covers everyone who joined through the team link.
  • The team link cannot be deleted, only renamed. Old names stay reserved for your team.
  • Custom links (created with Create new invite) are different: each has its own QR code, and removing the link stops its QR code from working, including printed copies. HeadshotPro asks you to confirm before removing one.
  • A person who opens a link that no longer works sees "This invite link doesn't work anymore. Ask your team lead for a new link."
  • A credit is used only when a person who joined starts their shoot, not when they open the link. Keep enough credits in your balance for the people you expect.
  • The same link and QR code are offered on the Invite step when you create your team.
