HeadshotPro Teams is the B2B tier of HeadshotPro, designed for HR managers, marketing teams, and executives who need professional, visually consistent headshots across an entire organization. Instead of coordinating a traditional photo shoot, you configure the look once and your team members complete their own photo sessions on their own time — from any device, anywhere.
The account model is built around an Organization. You are the Team Lead: the admin who configures styles, purchases credits, manages members, and reviews results. Team members join your organization, complete a guided 5–10 minute photo upload flow, and receive AI-generated headshots within about 15 minutes per person.
How it works
- Create an organization account and set up company details.
- Select the backdrops (shoot locations) and outfits your team can choose from.
- Optionally design a branded profile picture template that HeadshotPro applies to every headshot automatically.
- Purchase credits — one credit per team member you want to get headshots for.
- Invite team members by email, invite link, or add them on their behalf.
- Each member completes a guided photo upload in 5–10 minutes.
- AI generates professional headshots per person, typically within 15 minutes.
- Review results, manage favorites, and issue retries from your admin dashboard.
Good to know
- Billing is credit-based. One credit = one headshot session for one person.
- Team hierarchy is Organization → Teams → Members. You can create sub-teams within your organization to group members and assign different style sets per team.
- Each team member gets a free retry if they cannot find at least one usable headshot in their order. Retries are issued by the Team Lead from the dashboard.
- HeadshotPro is SOC 2 Type II certified.
- Team members complete their part independently — you do not need to be present or coordinate a time slot.
- Bulk discounts apply automatically based on the number of credits purchased. Your discount is locked in for all future purchases.
