Refund Policy
HeadshotPro guarantees at least one profile-worthy photo from every shoot. If you do not get a single headshot you can use professionally, you receive a full refund — no questions asked.
What "profile-worthy" means
Profile-worthy means at least one photo you like and can use on LinkedIn, your company website, or a similar professional context. Not every generated headshot will be a keeper — just like a real photoshoot, some will work better than others. The guarantee is that you walk away with at least one you are happy with.
How it works
- Before requesting a refund, consider trying a retry first. A retry regenerates all of your headshots with new photos you upload. Many customers find that a retry produces better results. See Regenerating Headshots.
- In your dashboard, click Support.
- Under Request type, select Refund request.
- Enter your name and a brief note explaining why you would like a refund.
- Submit your request. The team reviews it and, if eligible, processes a full refund within 48 hours.
Good to know
- Refunds are for cases where you did not receive at least one usable professional headshot.
- A retry is always available before you request a refund and does not affect your refund eligibility.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
