Sharing Headshots

After your headshots are generated, you can share your full gallery with anyone — no login required. A shareable link gives recipients view and download access to every photo in your photoshoot (excluding duds).

How it works

1. Open your results page at /app/results/[id].
2. Click Share results in the header (available when your model is associated with an organization) or open the Voting sidebar tab and use the share options there.
3. In the "Share results" modal, click Create sharable link. HeadshotPro generates a unique token and copies the link to your clipboard automatically.
4. Send the link to whoever you want to see your photos. Recipients land on a public gallery page that shows all active, non-dud photos with download access.
5. To revoke access, reopen the modal and click Stop sharing. The token is deleted immediately and the link stops working.

The share link format is:

https://www.headshotpro.com/app/results/share/[token]

Good to know

• The link is public — anyone who has it can view and download your photos. There is no password or expiry.
• Only your finalized photos are included. Photos you have marked as duds are excluded automatically.
• The share token persists until you explicitly revoke it. Deleting the token is permanent; revoking and re-creating generates a new URL.
• If you want people to help you pick a photo rather than just view all of them, use the voting feature instead — it gives voters a curated selection experience. See Voting and Feedback.
• The "Share results" button in the header only appears when your results are linked to an organization (team) account. Individual users access the same functionality from the Voting sidebar tab on the results page.
