Referral Program

HeadshotPro's referral program lets you share a personal link with friends or colleagues. When someone you refer makes a purchase, you earn credits added directly to your active model — no manual redemption required.

The referral program is available to individual (B2C) accounts. Team members and team leads are not eligible.

How it works

1. Go to /profile. The Referral link card is visible when your account is eligible.
2. Click the copy icon to copy your unique referral link to the clipboard. The link takes the form https://headshotpro.com/invite/{your-code}.
3. Share the link anywhere — email, LinkedIn, social, or direct message.
4. When a referred user signs up via your link, they are connected to your account as a referral.
5. When that user completes a purchase, HeadshotPro automatically rewards your active model with 10 photo credits.
6. You receive an email confirmation when a reward is applied.

Good to know

• Your referral code is generated from your display name or email username. It is unique and persistent — it does not change if you update your name.
• Rewards are applied to your most recently created active model. If you have no active model at the time the referral converts, the reward is skipped.
• A referred user only triggers a reward on their first paid purchase.
• The referral link card only appears on your profile when you have an individual (non-team) account.
• Referral discounts: referred users who have not yet purchased receive a $9 discount coupon generated at checkout time. The coupon is single-use and expires after two hours.
