How to update your profile information, change your email or password, and manage email preferences.

Managing Your Account

Your profile page is the central place to manage your HeadshotPro account. You can update your name and contact details, change your login credentials, and find your User ID for support. All settings live at /profile.

How it works

  1. Go to /profile. The page displays your current login email at the top.
  2. Under Personal information, enter your name, job title, and phone number, then click Save. Changes take effect immediately.
  3. Under Change email, enter your new email address (twice) and your current password, then click Change email. A verification email is sent to the new address. You must verify it before the change is fully applied.
  4. Under Change password, enter your current password and your new password (twice), then click Change password. Passwords must match or the form will display an error.
  5. Under User ID, copy your unique ID. Share this with support when you need help — it lets the team locate your account instantly.
  6. Under Billing, you can manage your payment method via the Stripe portal if you have any active billing history.

Good to know

  • Changing your email requires your current password for re-authentication before any change is applied.
  • Email changes trigger a verification email — the new address is not active until verified.
  • The User ID card is always visible; it is safe to share with HeadshotPro support.
  • To unsubscribe from marketing emails without deleting your account, visit /profile/unsubscribe or use the unsubscribe link in any HeadshotPro email. You will still receive essential transactional emails (receipts, account notices).
  • Team members cannot access the account deletion option — contact your team lead or HeadshotPro support.
