Advanced Editing and Remix
How to use advanced editing controls and quick-edit options to produce new headshot variations.
Advanced Editing and Remix
Beyond single-attribute swaps, HeadshotPro offers quick edits, transform options, and a profile picture creator to customize your headshots further.
How it works
- Open any finished headshot from your gallery and switch to the edit panel.
- Pick an action — a quick edit, a transform, or Create Profile Picture. Some actions ask you to confirm an option (such as expand amount) before submitting.
- Submit the edit. Credits are deducted immediately for paid actions.
- The new photo appears in your gallery once processing completes — refresh to see it.
Quick Edits (1 credit each)
These actions do not require selecting a style or attribute — they apply to the photo directly.
-
Remove Blemishes — Smooths skin imperfections. Available once per photo.
-
Expand Photo — Extends the canvas outward. After selecting this option, you choose an expand buffer amount:
- A little (10%)
- More (20%)
- Most (30%)
Select the amount and click Expand photo to submit.
-
Upscale to 4K — Increases the photo resolution. This option is available once per photo.
Transform Photo (1 credit each)
These options only appear when the model has uploaded photos associated with it. They mirror the standard backdrop, outfit, and emotion editing flow described in Background and Style Editing.
Create Profile Picture (free, individual users only)
For individual (non-team) users, a Create Profile Picture option appears at the top of the edit panel. This opens the photo in the Profile Picture editor at /app/profile-picture/new. You can return to the editing panel when you're done. This action does not consume a credit.
Good to know
- All edits are processed automatically. The new photo appears in your gallery once processing completes. Refresh the page to see the finished result.
- Processing typically takes a few minutes. Complex edits may occasionally take up to 4 hours.
- Credits are consumed at submission time, before processing completes. If processing fails, the credit is not automatically refunded.
