How to access your billing history, view invoices, and export receipts

HeadshotPro automatically generates an invoice for every completed purchase. You can access your full billing history, view individual invoice details, add billing information, and export a printable receipt — all from your profile.

How it works

  1. Navigate to billing history — Go to /profile/invoices. The page lists all paid transactions sorted by most recent first.
  2. Review the table — Each row shows the date, a shortened order ID, the product name, payment status, and the amount charged in the original purchase currency.
  3. Open an invoice — Click "View" next to any transaction. This opens /profile/invoice?id={orderId} in a new tab.
  4. Add billing information (optional) — On the invoice page, enter your billing address or company name in the "Bill to:" field. This text is added to the invoice display and will appear on the exported PDF.
  5. Export the invoice — Click "Export" to open the browser print dialog. Use your browser's "Save as PDF" option to download a print-ready copy.

Invoice fields

Each invoice includes:

  • Order ID (transaction reference)
  • Date of purchase
  • Product name and line items
  • Any applied discount
  • Total amount charged (in the currency used at purchase)
  • Payment status (paid, refunded, etc.)
  • Tax information where applicable

Invoice statuses

StatusMeaning
Paid / CompletePayment was captured successfully
RefundedThe full amount was refunded
FailedPayment did not complete

If an invoice shows "Refunded" and a partial refund was issued, the page displays both the original amount (strikethrough) and the net amount after the refund.

Good to know

  • Invoices only appear after a successful payment. Pending or failed transactions are not listed.
  • An order confirmation email is sent to your registered email address automatically after purchase. Check your inbox or spam folder if you need an immediate receipt.
  • Billing address details from your checkout are saved to your account. The "Bill to:" field on the invoice page lets you add or override the display text for that specific invoice export.
