Reviewing Your Photos

After you upload your photos and click Continue, HeadshotPro shows a review screen so you can check your selection one last time before generating your headshots. This screen flags anything that might affect your results — photos that look different from each other, mismatched glasses or facial hair, heavy filters, and more.

These flags are advisory. The AI is not always right, so treat each tag as a prompt to take a second look. You can replace any flagged photo or continue anyway.

How it works

1. Click Continue on the upload screen once you have enough accepted photos.
2. Each photo shows a status tag. A green "Looks good" tag means nothing was flagged. An amber tag with a number means HeadshotPro spotted one or more things worth checking.
3. Hover over an amber tag to read what was flagged and why it matters.
4. Decide for each flagged photo: go back and replace it with a better one, or keep it and continue.
5. Work through the "Before continuing, confirm" checklist. Tick each item — or use "Check all" — to confirm you are happy with your photos.
6. Click Continue to move on to style selection, or "Adjust uploads" to go back and change your photos.

What the warning tags mean

• Looks different — This photo looks quite different from your other photos. It may be an older photo where you no longer look the same, or one shot at a very different angle or in different lighting. Make sure it still looks like you today.
• Glasses here only / No glasses here — One photo has glasses and the others do not (or vice versa). Mixing them means some of your headshots may come out with glasses and some without. Upload photos that all match the look you want.
• Beard here only / No beard here — One photo shows facial hair and the others are clean-shaven. This can make your headshots inconsistent. Pick photos that match the look you want.
• Head covering — One photo has a head covering and the others do not. This can make your headshots look inconsistent.
• Heavy filter — This photo looks heavily filtered. Filters can carry over into your headshots, so use natural, unfiltered photos for the most accurate results.
• Accessories — Items such as hats, large earrings, necklaces, nose rings, or visible tattoos were spotted. These can carry into your headshots if you would rather they did not appear.
• Low angle — This looks like a low-angle shot, which can distort your forehead or nose. A photo taken at eye level produces more flattering results.

Good to know

• Warning tags do not block you. You can continue with flagged photos at any time.
• The most reliable fix for mismatched glasses, facial hair, or accessories is to upload photos that all show the same consistent look you want in your final headshots.
• A "Looks good" tag means nothing was flagged on that photo — it does not guarantee a specific result, but it means none of the common issues were detected.
• If you turned off strict checks (relaxed mode) during upload, you also confirm that you understand quality may vary before continuing.
