Questions teams ask
What does team management cost?
It's included with Teams credits. There's no separate fee or subscription. One credit covers one member's full shoot, and volume discounts apply automatically as your lifetime spend grows: 20% off from 6 credits up to 60% off at 200+. See pricing for the full table.
Can I add someone who doesn't have a work email, or who won't click an invite?
Yes. A managed add creates the account on the member's behalf, so they never log in and you don't need their real email address. For whole batches, pair it with bulk upload.
How long until members have their headshots?
The upload flow takes a member 5-10 minutes. Generation finishes in about 15 minutes to 2 hours, and results land on your dashboard as each member hits Finished.
Is there an analytics or reporting dashboard?
No. The dashboard shows member counts, lifecycle stages, and your credit balance. For reporting, export the CSV, which lists every member's email, job title, stage, and the date they finished.
What happens when I remove a member?
Their headshots are deleted and can't be recovered. If you need their photos, bulk-download the team's results first.
What happens to my team's photos?
Your photos are never used to train AI models. Input photos auto-delete 30 days after generation, and you can enable 30-day auto-deletion of member shoot data for the whole organization.
Can I stop members from spending extra credits on edits?
Yes. Turn off the per-member edit feature in organization settings and members can't spend edit credits.
