This is my third time goin, never had a problem. Long waits specially in holidays. The photographer name angela, was wasn't patient at all with us. People got her mad . And she got mad at us with no reason 😒 all the sections she was rushing us. No idea how to post. All of the pictures my son came out with his mouth open. Try to change his outfit and told me you don't have any time, oh but she had time to takes some more pictures? 🤨

I had a deal for the newborn/maternity photos today (Thursday, July 11). I had my 10 week old son ready to go for his appointment. He was smiling and happy with his props. The wait took one full hour (and then some), and by the time he was called up he had fallen completely asleep. The wait was all for one other family. We were constantly told that it would only be a few more minutes, but my son couldn’t hold out. We got photos of him asleep instead of smiling and laughing. It was disappointing the way it was handled as this was his FIRST experience taking professional photos. It’s safe to say we did not leave satisfied with the service whatsoever.

We made an appointment, but arrived almost 20 minutes late after spending forever looking for parking (mall parking at Cielo Vista). When we arrived, there were two family groups ahead of us, and we almost left. However, they took us in with only a short wait, and got some very nice pictures done very quickly. The photographer (Melinda) was friendly and professional, and the girl who showed us our photos (Melissa) was patient and helpful, and made it very easy to understand our options. Having done big box store photos before, I was very surprised and impressed by the speed and quality of service we received. I would definitely recommend this studio.

It was our first time getting pictures done here. It was a bit of a wait for our scheduled appointment but not too much. Our first photographer was Pita. She didn't seem very experienced at all. She captured things in the pictures that she shouldn't have, like all the other backgrounds they have hanging and the building wall. When reviewing, Sarah noticed the pictures weren't taken correctly and offered to do some retakes even though they had a family of 15 waiting for their session. She did such a better job and she was quick and efficient!! I will request her for our next photo session!

I wanted to have graduation pictures for my doctorate and she was incredibly patient, helpful, and just overall supportive. Very warm and genuine. I had an amazing experience shooting with Jordan. Firstly, I was really impressed with his professionalism and artistry. I love that he is able to refine your initial ideas throug his own artistic vision. You will get photos that not only make you look amazing but that reflect the concept you had in mind. He is also very personable and knows how to make you relax. I am extremely camera shy but was able to let loose due to Jordan's directions. Finally, his process for selecting final shots eliminates the ambiguity and anxiety over choosing. I cannot recommend him enough! Absolutely great experience.
