This was my first photo shoot experience. After having done it, I can say it was a great experience, amazing and also funny. Charles is so professional that is able to make you feel comfortable, confident and relaxed, such that you enjoy the whole photo shoot. Lot of laughs and interesting conversations as well. Last but not least, the location is in the heart of Amsterdam, in a real charming place. I will do it again. Strongly recommended.

Highly recommended! Aleksandria's photography was smooth, pleasant and efficient. We are very happy with the results! 1. Good advice on when to visit Keukenhof for the photoshoot. Aleksandria recommended that we go towards park closing when most tourists would have left. This made it easier to compose photos without too many people. 2. Photos are well composed. She provided clear instructions on what to do, and angled her shots well to capture both her subjects' expressions and the vibrancy of the flowers at Keukenhof. 3. Very pleasant shooting experience. Aleksandria was very easy to work with. She accommodated our preferences on the type of photos we wanted and sought our feedback on sample shots. 4. Quick turnaround time for photos. Aleksandria provided our edited photos very quickly (barely a week!). We are very pleased with how they turned out.

Booking and payment was very easy and my husband and I were so excited to have professional photos taken while visiting Amsterdam. Aleksandria was on time, friendly, and helped us with posing while also giving us the freedom to pose how we felt comfortable. We enjoyed our time with her and she even showed us the photos before we left each location and gave us the option to redo them if needed. The photos were digitally delivered within the promised time-frame and came out beautifully! We are so happy with the finished product.

Needed a flash while traveling and searched saw they carry Godox 350c. I checked their website and it said this store had it. I walked in and sure enough they had it. They tested it for me and the place is very well stocked. Nice to see a real camera store with people who know what they are talking about.

Such a great place if you want to buy a camera, the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I met with Simon yesterday (I hope I got his name right) and he very patiently explained and also demonstrated Sony and Nikon full frame cameras and their differences to me. I unfortunately ended up buying using a deal outside this shop, as the Nikon promotion ran out in most places (I found one which still had some extra sets) but I definitely would go to this store for buying more things. Simon on the other hand, definitely deserves a raise :) Thank you

Make sure to plan your visit before coming here. Waited almost an hour to buy an sd card, but the staff was preoccupied with helping other customers trying on 150 diffrent lenses on 70 diffrent cameras. Dreadfully slow.

The photographer was nice but the owner had a very arrogant and unpleasant attitude, making fun of me and my questions in a very rude way. Zero customer approach, I don't understand how can he be so unprofessional especially when everyone is complaining about it in the reviews. Better to avoid the place.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting them. From the grumpy owner to the hasty photographer, the entire experience was far from pleasant. The owner's negative attitude was evident from the moment I walked in, making me feel unwelcome and unimportant. As for the photographer, their hurried approach was evident in the rushed and lackluster shots. It seemed like they were more interested in finishing quickly than capturing a good photo. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a photo company that actually values their customers and takes pride in their work.

Went in for a passport photo this afternoon and it was just quick and dirty. Bad quality image that looks like it was taken at a photo booth. Absolutely disengaged and arrogant. I should have looked at the reviews. Delivering bad service with arrogance is surely not a winning formula.

BEWARE! Tourist Trap! I would’ve left but I already paid and was in a hurry. I was truly fascinated by the condescending behaviour of both of the people there, the general “I-am-the-smartest-person-in-the-room” attitude, rudeness and unprofessional atmosphere. I needed print and digital photos, he said 17.50 eur, I thought for both of them. As any rational person would think that for a click on a camera and printing from a completely automated machine should not be that expensive and given the location of the studio I thought it’s okay - I was in a hurry. It turned out print and digital photo are 17.50 each and they act like it is totally normal. Moreover, they act like you are the one who are not aware how normal this is.
