View, search, filter, and navigate your organization's member list.

Managing Members

The Members page is your central hub for tracking everyone in your organization. From here you can see each member's headshot status, search and filter by lifecycle stage, and jump into any individual profile to take action.

Navigate to Admin > Members to access the full member list.

How it works

  1. Open Admin > Members. The page loads all members in your organization, sorted by most recently joined by default.

  2. Toggle between grid view (photo cards) and list view (table) using the icons in the top-right of the toolbar. Your preference is saved in the browser.

  3. Use the search bar to filter by name or email. Search activates after two characters and debounces automatically — no need to press Enter.

  4. Use the Sort dropdown to switch between:

    • Sort: Name A–Z — alphabetical by email
    • Sort: Latest — newest members first
    • Sort: Actioned last — members you have most recently actioned
  5. Use the lifecycle filter tabs above the toolbar to narrow to a specific stage. Tabs only appear when they have at least one member. Available stages:

  6. Click any member card or row to open their individual profile. The detail page has three tabs:

    • Headshots — the member's AI headshot results and generation status.
    • Profile Picture — the member's branded profile picture.
    • Activity — a lifecycle timeline showing the member's progress from invite through completion, plus actions you can take.
  7. Use the Activity tab on a member's profile to take actions:

    • Send Reminder — email the member a prompt to complete their shoot. A cooldown applies between reminders.
    • Renew Headshot — start a new headshot session for the member. This permanently deletes their previous headshots and consumes one credit on submission.
    • Remove Member — remove the member from the organization entirely (see Removing Members).

Good to know

  • The member count next to each filter tab reflects the live total for that stage.
  • A green Done badge in the top-left of a card means the profile picture has been marked as actioned.
  • A teal team badge in the top-right of a card shows which sub-team the member belongs to, if your organization uses teams.
  • Members with placeholder emails (no real email address) display as (no email) — these are managed accounts created by the admin.
  • A Pending badge next to a member's name in list view means their email change is awaiting confirmation.
  • A Missing people? card at the end of the grid appears when there are AI shoots in the system without a corresponding member account. Go to Admin > Headshots, select a finished result, and use Actions > Convert to account to link them.
  • The page caches results; a "Last updated" timestamp appears at the bottom of the list when showing cached data.
