How to view your organization's payment history, invoices, and credit activity log.

Billing History

HeadshotPro records two distinct types of billing data: payment receipts for credit purchases, and a credit activity log that tracks every credit movement on your account. Both are accessible to the team admin.

Payment history

To view past payments and download invoices:

  1. Go to Admin > Billing at /app/admin/billing/credits.
  2. The payment history is available through the Stripe customer portal. Click Manage in the payment methods section to open it.
  3. In the Stripe portal, navigate to Invoice history to see all past charges, their amounts, dates, and statuses.
  4. Click any invoice to view details or download a PDF receipt.

The invoice list includes both successfully paid transactions and any bank transfer / invoice-based orders that have been quoted. A dedicated invoice page is also available at /app/admin/invoices, which lists all issued invoices with date, description, amount, and status.

Credit activity log

Every credit movement is recorded in the Logs table on the Billing page. This includes:

  • Credits added when a purchase is completed
  • Credits deducted when a team member completes a photoshoot
  • Manual credit adjustments made by the HeadshotPro team
  • Bonus credits added during promotions

The log shows the description of each event, the credit change (positive for additions, negative for deductions), and the date. Entries are sorted newest first. If you have more than five log entries, the table is scrollable.

Good to know

  • The credit log is the source of truth for usage tracking. The Credits used figure on the Billing page is derived from the sum of all negative log entries.
  • Invoices and receipts for Stripe payments are also emailed automatically to the billing contact at the time of purchase.
  • To update the billing email address or add company details (VAT number, address) to invoices, open the Stripe customer portal via the Manage button and update the billing information there.
  • Currency is shown in the currency used at the time of each transaction. You can change your preferred billing currency for future purchases from the Billing page.
