We're hiring for Frontend Developer

👨‍💻 Who are we:

• Leading AI headshot service with over 150,000 paying customers
• Small team of 4 (Developer, marketer, customer rep. and me)
• Fully bootstrapped, 100% remote, highly profitable, working async via Discord.

👀 Who we're looking for:

• Strong frontend developer with Vue.js, Nuxt 2, & Tailwind CSS experience.
• Uses AI coding tools (Cursor, v0, Copilot etc.) to build faster.
• Builds great UIs and knows how to optimize frontend code.
• Eye for Design: Can turn mockups into reality and spot UX improvements without needing a designer for every pixel.
• Bonus: Knows Node.js / MongoDB enough to handle simple backend tasks.
• Bonus: Experience with Playwight for testing.

💼 How your day-to-day would look like:

• Turn ideas & designs into working code (e.g., better onboarding, new features) with the team.
• Optimize landing pages & run A/B tests (using PostHog) with marketing/support.
• Develop new features from scratch and own the frontend work.
• Fix bugs & improve performance based on PostHog recordings or support tickets.
• Chance to influence tech choices, learn new things, and grow with the company.
