👨‍💻 Who are we:

  • Leading AI headshot service with over 150,000 paying customers
  • Small team of 4 (Developer, marketer, customer rep. and me)
  • Fully bootstrapped, 100% remote, highly profitable, working async via Discord.

👀 Who we're looking for:

  • Experience onboarding, supporting, or managing relationships with larger organizations.
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts, give demos, and write helpful guides.
  • Genuinely focused on customer success, comfortable digging into issues and advocating for users.
  • A proactive self-starter who works well autonomously and takes initiative.
  • Takes full ownership of tasks and outcomes, from client happiness to partner success.
  • Enjoys tackling diverse challenges, like complex support, onboarding improvements and growth.
  • Bonus: Experience creating useful content (help guides, blogs, videos).
  • Bonus: Experience finding or managing affiliate/integration partners.
  • EU/US time-zone, most of our clients are in the US.
  • Contractor preferred but we're open for employee based roles.

💼 How your day-to-day would look like:

  • Handle complex customer support queries that require deeper product knowledge.
  • Take ownership of overall customer happiness, identifying areas for improvement (like bugs or UX issues) based on feedback and working with the dev team to implement fixes.
  • Proactively reach out to customers who have signed up but haven't converted, helping answer their questions or overcome obstacles.
  • Help onboard new enterprise clients, answer technical questions, and provide product demos.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for larger clients who need dedicated support.
  • Develop resources like whitepapers, blog posts, and helpdesk guides to help clients better understand and use the product effectively.
  • Create videos explaining new product features or updates.
  • Manage and grow our affiliate program.
  • Identify and pursue integration partnerships with other platforms.
  • Connect with journalists and respond to media opportunities (like HARO) to promote HeadshotPro.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and ensure HeadshotPro remains a leading product.

💰Compensation:

  • Salary: everyone values their time differently, we're open for your offer.
  • Phantom share grant (cash payout on company sale)
  • Two weeks off during Christmas holidays (we shut down the company for 2 weeks)
