As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of Postcrafts PTE LTD (HeadshotPro), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting HeadshotPro as an Affiliate.

Governs the management and retention of data.

This Data Processing Agreement outlines how HeadshotPro processes personal data on behalf of its customers.

The Master Service Agreement governs the terms under which HeadshotPro provides its services.

At HeadshotPro, your privacy and the protection of your data is our top priority. All data collected, both personal and non-personal, is protected with the highest global standards.

HeadshotPro's security policy outlines the organizational and technical safeguards implemented to protect customer data.

HeadshotPro uses certain sub-processors (including third parties, as listed below) and content delivery networks to assist it in providing the HeadshotPro Services as described in the Master Subscription and Professional Services Agreement (“MSA”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the MSA.

HeadshotPro operated by Postcrafts PTE LTD. Postcrafts offers HeadshotPro and related services to you, a user, under the condition that you accept all of our set terms, including these Terms of Service and all related policies.
