Their flagship offerings - including Leadership Core (6‑week online coaching), AI & Visibility programs, and quarterly deep‑dive sessions - combine peer circles, executive coaching, and strategic networking to build real leadership skills that organizations value.

The academy also brings together executives, founders, and HR leaders through events like the annual Ten More In Leaders Summit and workshop formats ranging from conflict management and communication to personal branding and AI strategy - all designed for companies looking to boost leadership capacity and inclusive pipelines.

Challenge

"At Ten More In, a female leadership academy, we believe strongly in the power of professional business photos. A confident, high-quality headshot not only enhances visibility but also makes personal competencies more tangible. That’s why, at the end of every leadership class, we invite participants to a professional business shoot - symbolizing their growth with a new picture.

The challenge, however, was twofold: cost and logistics. Each photoshoot cost around €100 per participant, and since we host in Berlin while our graduates come from all over the DACH region, not everyone could attend. With HeadshotPro, we can now offer professional business photos to all our graduates, making the process more inclusive and flexible at a lower price point. This complements our live photo sessions perfectly and will be a valuable addition to our graduation events moving forward."

The campaign generated more than 250,000 organic impressions and over 5,000 registrations for the Masterclass. This not only helped us raise awareness about women and AI but also significantly strengthened our brand presence.

Sharing the final portraits within the team was exciting, and the quality exceeded expectations.

One of the funniest moments: a few husbands didn’t even realize the portraits were AI-generated! Overall, the team enjoyed the process and was impressed by both the realism and professionalism of the results."
