We've been working on something big, and today we're excited to share it.

HeadshotPro is rolling out a completely new AI model, and if you've been using us for a while, you'll notice the difference immediately.

What's changed

The new model was built with one goal: make professional headshots feel effortless, for individuals and teams alike.

Here's what's different:

1. Dramatically more realistic results

The output quality is a genuine step change. Headshots look natural, professional, and true to the person, no plastic AI look.

2. Just 1–3 selfies instead of 15

We've removed the friction. Team members no longer need to submit a full photo set to get great results, a few clear selfies is all it takes.

3. Ready in 10 minutes

The old model took up to 2 hours to train. The new model delivers 40 photos in about 10 minutes.

4. Reshoots on demand

Team members can go back and reshoot on their own, without needing admin involvement. That means less back-and-forth for you, more autonomy for your team.

5. More photos per shoot

Each person gets 40 photos, 24 delivered upfront, with 16 additional free picks to choose from. From there, they can mix and match outfits and backdrops, fine-tune expressions, and make adjustments until they land on the photo that feels right for them.

6. A more powerful editor

When you edit a headshot, the result now stays true to the original, same expression, same pose, same setup. No more getting a completely different photo just because you swapped a backdrop or changed an outfit. What you see is what you actually asked for.

How to upgrade your team

If you're an organization admin, you can upgrade your team from your dashboard. You'll have the option to keep existing pending invites on the legacy flow, or switch everything over at once.

New invites will automatically use the new model after upgrading.

What stays the same

Your existing headshots, credits, and billing are unaffected. The upgrade only applies to new photo shoots going forward.
