Viewing Your Headshots

How team members view, browse, and download their generated headshots

Viewing Your Headshots

Once your headshots are generated, HeadshotPro takes you to your team member dashboard where you can browse and download your results.

How it works

  1. After generation completes, the waiting screen detects the status change and redirects you automatically to /team-member.
  2. The dashboard loads your shoots. If you have exactly one active shoot, the results open inline on the page — no extra navigation required.
  3. If you have multiple shoots, a grid of shoot cards is displayed. Click "View results" on any active shoot to open it.
  4. Inside the results page, browse your generated headshots and download the ones you want to keep.

Tabs

The team member dashboard has two tabs:

  • Headshots — your AI headshot results.
  • Profile Picture — a customizable profile picture generated from your headshots. This tab is available when your organization has profile picture templates configured.

Status states

The dashboard routes you to different screens depending on your shoot status:

StatusWhat you see
No shoot startedRedirected to onboarding screen to begin your photo shoot
Shoot in progress (pending, waiting, generating)Redirected to the waiting screen
Active resultsDashboard with your headshots
Deleted (no retry available)Deleted screen — contact your admin for a retry

Good to know

  • Your headshots are tied to your anonymous team member account. You do not need a full HeadshotPro account to view them — your magic link signs you in automatically each session.
  • Results may expire based on your organization's settings. If an expiry date appears on your shoot card, download your headshots before that date.
  • The dashboard is only accessible when you are signed in as a team member (anonymous user). If you accidentally land on /app with a non-anonymous account, you are redirected there instead.
  • You can pick a Favorite headshot that your organization will use as your primary image. See Favorites and Sharing.
  • You can edit individual headshots using your 10 edit credits. See Editing Your Headshots.
