Favorites and Sharing

How to pick your favorite headshot, organize your results, and share them with others for feedback

Favorites and Sharing

After your headshots are generated, you can organize them, pick a favorite for your organization, and share them with others for feedback.

How favorites work

Your headshots are organized into four groups:

  • Favorite — The single headshot you select as your primary image. This is the headshot your organization sees and uses as your official photo.
  • Keepers — Additional headshots you like and want to keep, but have not chosen as your primary favorite.
  • Remixes — Headshots you have modified using your edit credits.
  • All remaining photos — Everything else.

Marking and removing favorites

  1. Hover over a headshot.
  2. Click Mark as Favorite to set it as your primary image, or Mark as Keeper to save it.
  3. To remove a headshot from Favorite or Keepers, hover over it and click Mark as Dud. It moves back to the All remaining photos section.

Sharing your headshots

Good to know

  • Your Favorite headshot is visible to your organization. Choose it carefully — it may be used for company directories, profile photos, and other official purposes.
  • The voting link and the share-all link are separate. The voting link lets people pick their top 5 from a curated view. The share link gives full download access to all your headshots.
  • Your organization may also be able to view and download your headshots from the admin dashboard.
  • Headshots may be automatically deleted after 30 days if your organization has enabled that setting. Download your favorites before that date.
