Favorites and Sharing

After your headshots are generated, you can pick an official favorite for your organization, organize the rest, and share them with others for feedback.

How favorites work

Your results page shows a dedicated Favorite tile in the photo grid, positioned right after your uploaded photo. This tile is the primary way to set the headshot your organization uses as your official profile picture.

Picking your favorite

1. On the results page, tap or click the Favorite tile.
2. A photo picker opens showing all your generated headshots.
3. Tap any photo to set it as your favorite. The tile updates immediately to display the selected photo.
4. To change your selection, tap the Favorite tile again to open a preview, then click Change favorite to open the picker and choose a different photo.

Organizing your other headshots

You can mark individual photos to keep track of what you like by hovering over them:

• Keeper — A photo you like but have not chosen as your primary favorite.
• Dud — A photo you want to move out of your main view.

To mark a photo: hover over it and click Mark as Keeper. To move it back, hover and click Mark as Dud.

Sharing your headshots

Get a second opinion with the voting tool

If you are deciding between a few options, let someone else vote on their top 5:

1. Click Share with friend.
2. Click Create your voting link.
3. Share the link with the person you want feedback from.
4. View all results under View votes.
5. To stop sharing, click Stop sharing.

Share all headshots for download

If you want to share your full set of headshots and let the recipient download everything:

1. Click Share results.
2. Click Copy link.
3. Share the link. The recipient can view and download all your headshots without logging in.
4. To stop sharing, click Stop sharing.

Good to know

• Your Favorite headshot is visible to your organization. Choose it carefully — it may be used for company directories, profile photos, and other official purposes.
• The Favorite tile only appears after your headshots are ready. If your shoot is still processing, the tile is visible but inactive.
• The voting link and the share-all link are separate. The voting link lets people pick their top 5 from a curated view. The share link gives full download access to all your headshots.
• Your organization may also be able to view and download your headshots from the admin dashboard.
• Headshots may be automatically deleted after 30 days if your organization has enabled that setting. Download your favorites before that date.
