Welcome to HeadshotPro 👋

This guide will help you, as the team owner, get your team onboarded quickly and ensure everything stays brand-aligned and consistent.

Each team member is represented as one credit in your dashboard. Every member gets:

• 80 high-quality headshots

• 10 edit credits to adjust or refine any of their generated headshots

• 1 free retry if they’re not satisfied with their results

Note: HeadshotPro currently supports individual headshots only. Group photos are not available.

Follow these steps to set up your team efficiently:

1. Choose the approved outfits and background styles your team members can select

2. Invite your team to upload their selfies OR manage the entire process for them
