Manage Entire Process

As a team owner or admin, you can take full end-to-end control of the headshot process for each of your team members by using either the "Managed Upload" or "Bulk Upload" feature.

This means that your team member does not have to upload or take any selfies, nor make any edits to the headshots created. You will manage everything and simply share the final headshots once they have been created.

The main difference is how much information you need to provide to our model. "Manual Upload" gives you more control and higher accuracy, while "Bulk Upload" is faster and requires fewer details. Here's a breakdown:

Note: As a team owner or admin, you’ll be the one supplying all photos and details for each team member. For best results, please communicate and follow these guidelines.

To use the Manual Upload option:

1. Head to Overview in the left sidebar

2. Click Managed upload in the top right

3. Select Yes, I will manage the photoshoot

4. Choose the 8 outfit & backdrop combinations for that team member

5. On the Let’s get your headshots done page, click Ok, I am ready

6. Upload 15 selfies of the team member (plus optional full-body photos if enabled)

7. Click Yes, continue with these photos

8. Add the employee’s personal information

9. Review the confirmation page, ensure everything is correct and accept the two terms & conditions checkboxes. Click Submit photos

10. Repeat this process for each employee

Note: The headshot creation process takes less than 2 hours. Once ready, all final photos will appear in the Overview section of your dashboard.

To use the Bulk Upload option:

1. Head to Bulk Upload in the left sidebar

2. Configure the 8 outfit and backdrop combinations for all employees

3. Upload ZIP files for your team members:

   • Upload 1 ZIP file per team member, each containing at least 9 photos (15+ recommended for best results)

   • You may upload up to 20 ZIP files at a time

4. For each team member, add their basic personal information

5. Click Submit when ready
