Create Headshots

Each team member receives 80 studio-quality headshots in HeadshotPro. Creating them is easy. Once your team member or yourself (if applicable) begins the process, 15 selfies will need to be provided. There are two ways to do this:

1. Capture selfies directly using our web app OR

2. Upload existing selfies to the platform

To ensure the best, studio-quality results, please follow and share with your team these guidelines when taking selfies. This is critical as the input photos are what our AI model relies on to create your headshots.

Guidelines:

• Take your photos in natural daylight or a well-lit room

• Avoid shine or glare on your face

• Look fresh and presentable (makeup recommended if you normally wear it)

• Make sure your selfies photos are clear, sharp and in focus

• If you have long hair, make sure it’s fully visible and not cut off in the frame

• Make sure you are the only person in the photo. No one else should appear in the background

Note: It is a requirement to upload 15 selfies. Uploading fewer than 15 will result in low quality headshots.

We recommend using our web app for the best results. The process takes 10 minutes max. To do so:

1. Click Ok, I am ready

2. Select Capture selfies with your phone

3. A pop-up with a QR code will appear. Keep it open and scan the QR code with your phone

4. Follow the instructions to take 15 selfies

5. Add your personal information

6. Select the 10 outfits and 8 backdrops from the list of approved backdrops

7. Review the confirmation page and accept the two terms & conditions checkboxes

8. Click Submit photos

Once the process has been launched, it will take 1-2 hours for the headshots to be created. An automatic email will be sent to the corresponding team member when their headshots are ready.

If you'd prefer to upload 15 existing selfies instead, you can do so:

1. Click Ok, I am ready

2. Upload 15 selfies by selecting Upload photos from your computer or Upload photos from Dropbox

3. (Optional) If the Make full-body photos mandatory feature has been enabled in Settings, upload 3 additional full-body photos

4. Add your personal information: name, age range, ethnicity, eye color, gender, and whether you’d like to wear glasses in your headshots

5. Select the 10 outfits and 8 backdrops from the list of approved backdrops

6. Review the confirmation page and accept the two terms & conditions checkboxes

7. Click Submit photos

If you’re hosting an in-person event and prefer to manage the entire headshot creation process yourself instead of having team members take or upload their own selfies, you can use our Bulk Upload feature.
