Creating an Account

How to sign up for HeadshotPro using email, Google, LinkedIn, or Apple.

Creating an Account

Signing up for HeadshotPro takes under a minute. Choose any of the available sign-in methods — they all create the same type of account and give you immediate access to the app.

If you were invited to join a team, the flow is slightly different: your invite link carries your organization context, and you join that team automatically upon account creation.

How it works

  1. Go to headshot.pro/auth/login (or any page that prompts you to log in).
  2. Choose a sign-in method:
    • Continue with email — enters the email/password flow at /auth/email
    • Continue with Google — opens a Google OAuth popup and creates your account instantly
    • Continue with LinkedIn — redirects you to LinkedIn, then back to the app
    • Sign in with Apple — available on mobile app only; opens the native Apple sign-in sheet
  3. For email sign-up, enter your email address, choose a password, confirm it, then click Create account.
  4. After the account is created, you are redirected to /app.

If your organization requires SSO, the signup form detects your email domain and redirects you to your company's identity provider instead of completing a standard email signup. See Logging In for details on SSO.

Good to know

  • Google sign-in does not work inside in-app browsers on iOS (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter). Use a standard browser if you see a warning about this.
  • LinkedIn sign-in is not available in the mobile app; Apple sign-in replaces it there.
  • Creating an account with Google or LinkedIn does not require email verification — the provider confirms your identity.
  • Email/password accounts created through the signup form do not require email verification to access the app. A verification page exists but the verification step is not enforced.
  • If you received a team invite link, open that link directly. It sets a cookie that attaches your new account to the correct organization automatically.
  • New accounts are subject to HeadshotPro's terms and conditions and privacy policy.
