Notifications

In HeadshotPro, you can easily stay informed about your team’s headshot activity with email alerts and in-app notifications.

In Settings in the left sidebar, you can choose which email notifications you'd like to receive to stay updated on your team’s activity.

Here are the email alerts you can toggle on or off, with some enabled by default:

1. Credits (on by default) - Get notified when your account goes under 3 credits

2. Results ready (on by default) - Get an email when someone’s headshot results are ready

3. Favorite selected (off by default) - Get notified when someone selects their favorite photo

4. Automatic reminders (on by default) - Automatically remind team members to complete their headshots

5. Favorite photos reminder (on by default) - Notify team members to choose their favorite photos if they haven’t done so

As the team owner, the settings you enable will apply to you automatically. If you want someone else on your team to also receive these notifications, enter their email address in the Email address field.

To see all the activity happening on your team, just to Notifications in the sidebar.
