Create Teams

As a team owner, you have the ability to create distinct teams to organize your company's headshots by department or group.

For instance, you can set up separate teams for your Finance, Design, and Development departments. This allows each team to manage their own members’ headshots in a neatly organized way.


How to Create a Team

  1. On your dashboard’s left sidebar, click on the All members dropdown menu

  2. Select Create a new team

  3. Name your team and select an icon that represents the team

  4. Click on Create team


How to Edit a Team

  1. Go to your dashboard and look at the left sidebar at the top

  2. Under your organization’s name, open the dropdown to select the team you want to edit

  3. After selecting a team, open the dropdown again and click Edit

  4. Rename the team or update its icon

  5. Save your changes by clicking on Update team


How to Delete a Team

To delete a team, open that team’s settings as well. You’ll find an option to remove or delete the team at the bottom of the settings menu. Confirm your choice, and the team will be deleted.

  1. Go to your dashboard and look at the left sidebar at the top

  2. Under your organization’s name, open the dropdown to select the team you want to edit

  3. After selecting a team, open the dropdown again and click Edit

  4. Click on Delete team
