Manage Admins

As the team owner, you can invite and remove admins to your organization in HeadshotPro. Admins have full access to your organization’s data and settings.

Go to Settings > Scroll to Admin Management > Click on Add New > Enter their email > Click on Add Admin. There’s no limit to how many admins you can add.

Go to Settings > Scroll to Admin Management > Find their email > Click on Admin next to their email > Select Remove as Admin.

Each organization can only have one team "Owner". To request a transfer:

1. Email support@headshotpro.com

2. Include your organization name and the email of the new owner

Ownership transfers are typically processed within 1 business day.
